- Rallied a force of 70,000 unpaid fundraising volunteers?

- Conserved almost 11 million acres of wetlands and other wildlife habitat?
- Regularly spent more than 83 percent of its revenue on conservation?
- Developed an international strategic conservation plan based on the most up-to-date science?
- Assembled a staff of conservation professionals that includes the world’s leading authorities on waterfowl, wetlands, and environmental engineering?
- Delivered its conservation work in a cooperative, non-confrontational manner with a myriad of partners, especially private landowners?
- Played a leadership role to secure vital programs like CRP and WRP?
- Been described by the President of the United States as “the model by which consercation should be delivered in America ?”
- Maintained a youth program that includes hunting education, duck banding, bird ID, classroom curricula, and conservation?
- Been endorsed through hundreds of consumer products cobranded with prominent partners?
- Produced a bimonthly magazine; a weekly television show; a daily radio program; and a nationally recognized website, all of which celebrate waterfowl hunting and conservation?
